There are two main standard user accounts created when your company is enrolled as AscHS' customer:
Administrator is authorized to access all areas of the portal and manage own users' accounts.
The standard User account is allowed to access all areas of the web site with the exception of membership (other Users) manager.
This protal enables to make Quotations and Analysis for Budgeting new projects, by using any of the products of AscHS (Archibus Enterprise SaaS, Archibus MAXI Cloud Hosting (Gold, Platinum, Diamon), or Bruce Platform products.
When ORDERING quoted projects, become ACTIVE PROJECTS. In this portal all your active projects & contracts can be managed.
The full evolution of your Projects (Orders, Contracts, Issues, Activities, Bills, Hosting Instances, etc.) can be traced in this Portal.
